Construction Manager

Construction Manger supports and reports to the CPM on a project and oversees the field activities of the Construction Supervisors and Crew Manager. Their role is to manage the site development process through the management of field personnel and third party vendors. Their duties include overseeing the bid process, coordinating the design and installation of site utilities, managing A&E and third party services, coordinating vendor procurement and material delivery, implementing project scope of work and administering construction management process.
